How to complain
Contact us however suits you: call 0203 000 0000, email hello@ukfundingpartners.co.uk with "Complaint" in the subject line, or write to [CONFIRM: registered office address]. Tell us what happened, when, and what you’d like us to do about it. You won’t be passed around — your complaint goes to [CONFIRM: named complaints handler / director], not a queue.
What happens next
Within 3 working days we’ll acknowledge your complaint and tell you who is handling it.
Within 4 weeks we aim to send you our final response — what we found, what we’re doing about it, and any redress where that’s appropriate. If your complaint needs longer to investigate properly, we’ll write to explain why and when you’ll hear from us.
Within 8 weeks at the latest you’ll have either our final response or a letter explaining the delay and your onward options.
If you’re not satisfied with our answer
[CONFIRM: If UKFP conducts FCA-regulated activities: eligible complainants may refer the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service within six months of our final response — financial-ombudsman.org.uk, 0800 023 4567. If not regulated: state the NACFB or other applicable dispute route here.]
If your complaint is about a lender rather than about us, we’ll say so in our response and point you to that lender’s own complaints process — and help you raise it if you’d like us to.
Complaints about how we’ve used your data
These follow the same process above. You can also raise data concerns directly with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
